Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations and manage employee relations, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding employees, managing HR documentation, facilitating performance evaluations, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management, including development and implementation of organizational practices
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and managing day-to-day human resource activities
  • Skills in Employee Relations and fostering a healthy work environment
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Strong background in the principles and practices of Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certification in HR is a plus
