Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 3-4 yrs of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level Java applications. The Java Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves both hands-on development, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in code quality, testing, and architecture. Hands on experience in production is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Design and Development: Development of Java-based applications, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. Design, implement, and maintain complex software solutions.
  • · Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • · Architecture: Design and build high-level architecture for web applications or services, ensuring alignment with the business needs and technical roadmap.
  • Support: Work on Production Support, resolve Users issue, Bugs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Java (JDK 8/11+), with 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level application development.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate for ORM, and SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
  • Experience in cloud-based development environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
