About the job:-

We are hiring a Senior Manual/Automation Tester who believes the "final check" is where the services & product takes shape. If you have an eagle eye for detail, spot issues before anyone else, and take pride in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks (while keeping the developers on their toes in good humor), this role is for you. We're looking for someone who sees testing not as the last step, but as the silent guardian of services & product quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases with precision and logic, not guesswork.

  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand system functionality.

  • Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance hiccups before users do.

  • Document test scenarios, test plans, and expected results clearly.

  • Maintain detailed logs of test execution and defect tracking.

  • Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing

  • Provide constructive feedback and assist in root-cause analysis

  • Review software requirements and technical specifications for completeness.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

  • Guide and mentor junior testers with hands-on problem solving.

Primary Skills:

  • Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink).

  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and various testing methodologies.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate bugs into understandable reports.

  • Excellent eye for detail — because "almost working" doesn't cut it.

  • Comfortable working independently in remote settings with time-bound follow-through.

  • Knowledge of web, mobile, and API testing.

  • Bonus: Basic exposure to automation tools for cross-verification.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • ISTQB or relevant testing certifications are appreciated.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in manual software testing.

  • Prior experience in testing website and mobile applications will be beneficial.
