Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities/JD:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall and in-store sales.
- Develop promotional strategies for festivals, weekends, and new product launches.
- Manage local partnerships and collaborations (e.g., with influencers, nearby businesses, wedding planners). Communicate with vendors for printing, signage, event setups, and branding materials
- Run WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media promotions aligned with store events.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest proactive strategies.
- Oversee content creation for branding, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Explore new market segments and lead market penetration strategies.
- Organize in-store events, lucky draws, contests, or themed shopping experiences.
- Monitor and report campaign ROI and suggest improvements.
- Collect customer feedback, analyze shopping behavior, and suggest changes for better experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
