Job Title: Resident Engineer / Resident Construction Manager / Site-in-Charge

NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED OR MORE PREFERRED

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 15 years of experience in construction of Government buildings.
  • Diploma (Civil Engineering) with minimum 20 years of experience in Government building construction.
  • Mandatory experience in CPWD (Central Public Works Department) building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall supervision, monitoring, and management of site execution activities.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to CPWD specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Preparation and submission of daily site progress reports (DLR reports).
  • Execution of works as per Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) and other applicable standards.
  • Handle client billing, measurement, verification, and certification of work.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Report directly to the Director regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of CPWD and Government building construction projects.
  • Expertise in DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and client billing.
  • Proficiency in preparation of reports, documentation, and client coordination.
  • Leadership skills for managing teams at site level.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Location: Pune / Pan India (as per project requirements)

Pay: ₹100, ₹120,000.00 per month
