Position: R&D Engineer (Junior & Senior Roles Available)
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Electronics / Audio Products / Consumer Electronics
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test audio products.
- Follow established development processes and create new ones as required.
- Ensure production quality meets defined standards.
- Work with analogue and digital technologies to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Generate concepts, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to product innovation.
- Modify processes to improve final output, reduce processing time, and enhance quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of R&D processes, product design, project planning, and problem-solving.
- Experience in analogue and digital electronics.
- Proficiency in technology, engineering devices, and electronic product design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience Requirements:
- Junior R&D Engineer: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar electronic industry.
- Senior R&D Engineer: 7–8 years of relevant experience in a similar electronic industry.
