Job Description:

Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients, travel agents, and business partners
  • Execute targeted outreach via calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline
  • Maintain and manage leads in CRM with timely updates and accurate data

2.Client coordination

  • Handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings through persuasive communication
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure seamless end-to-end booking experiences

3.Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with teams for ongoing projects
  • Help onboard new villas by collecting property information and images
  • Assist in organizing and documenting key client interactions

4.Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales trackers and submit progress reports
  • Support data analysis for sales performance insights

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ Years of experience in relevant field and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Passion for travel, client communication, and hospitality industry
