We're Hiring: Full-Stack Developer | Fitpage & India Running (Mumbai, Onsite)

About Fitpage & India Running:

Fitpage is a fitness tech firm based in Mumbai which focuses on content for fitness, creating training and nutrition programs to improve cardiovascular fitness.

India Running (IR) is a fully owned brand of fitpage and primarily works as a marketplace for sports events, particularly long distance running.  IR is the largest marketplace for running events and provides a suite of services to the organisers of running events.

Role: Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in
), Postgres, , and React

to join our engineering team. You will play an important role in creating high performance applications for both the brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end web application development (front-end + back-end + database).
  • Build responsive UIs using
    React

&

with SSR/SSG.
- Develop secure and scalable APIs using

.
- Design and optimize relational schemas in
Postgres

(with secondary support for MongoDB).
- Implement authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2).
- Write modular, testable code with unit/integration tests.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on
    full-stack development

with and
- Strong expertise in
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

.
- Solid experience with
Postgres

(schema design, indexing, optimization).
- Familiarity with
MongoDB

and
RESTful APIs

.
- Proficient with
Git

and version control workflows.
- Experience with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with
    microservices architecture

or
serverless functions

- Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal side projects.
