Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive Job

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. Your goal is to convert inquiries into walk-ins and ultimately contribute to sales closures.

  • Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Maintain and update daily call records and follow-up details in CRM.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and visits.
  • Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in Tele Caller/ Tele Sales (Real estate experience is a plus).
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi & basic English (Additional regional languages are an advantage).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and convincing ability
  • Confidence and positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
