We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
PPF Manager
to oversee the procurement, sales, and overall management of our Paint Protection Film division. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and hands-on leadership to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end PPF project including purchase, inventory, and sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
  • Establish and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
  • Oversee installation processes and ensure quality standards.
  • Forecast demand, manage stock levels, and optimize logistics.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
  • Train and manage staff involved in PPF sales staff involved in PPF sales and installations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive accessories, detailing, or PPF industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, sales, and project management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Automotive/related field (preferred).
