AVP - Business Development (Hospitality Division)

Role Overview
Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and building strong customer relationships in the hospitality division. Focus on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities (hotels, corporates, institutions, travel partners, events).
- Drive sales for hospitality services: hotels, banquets, catering, facility management, corporate hospitality.
- Achieve/exceed revenue targets and negotiate client contracts.
- Manage key accounts, ensure superior client experience, and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations, revenue, and marketing teams to deliver seamless services.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and refine sales strategies.
- Represent company at industry events and networking forums.

- Sales & revenue target achievement
- New client acquisitions & market penetration
- Retention and growth of key accounts
- Client satisfaction & brand visibility
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- 1018 years' experience with proven sales leadership in hospitality.
- Strong industry network, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Should have experience as Executive Housekeeper in hotels.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics.
