Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Loading & Unloading In charge / Supervisor to oversee daily material movement operations at the manufacturing plant. The role involves supervising loading/unloading of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with logistics and dispatch teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams for vehicle scheduling and timely movement
• Ensure proper stacking, segregation, and material handling practices
• Monitor manpower engaged in loading/unloading and optimize efficiency
• Maintain daily records of vehicle arrivals, dispatches, and material movement
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality protocols during handling operations
• Liaise with transporters and report operational issues to plant management

Candidate Profile

• Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or feed/food/FMCG plants
• 3-8 years experience in loading/unloading, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of safety practices and material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume dispatch operations.
