The Role

As a Manual QA Tester, you'll start with hands-on manual testing while building domain knowledge, then transition to AI-assisted and automated workflows. This is a growth-focused position where you'll evolve from executor to orchestrator, working closely with engineers in a supportive team. We're in-office 5 days a week in Koramangala to enable the hands-on learning and interactions that drive innovationnon-negotiable for our culture.

What You'll Do

• **Months 1-3: Build Foundations**

– Dive into our product for 100,000+ creators, execute manual tests across web and mobile, write test cases, and collaborate with engineers to understand quality standards.

• **Months 4-6: Transition to AI**

– Blend manual testing with AI tools to generate scenarios, learn Playwright automation through pair programming, and help shape AI-powered QA processes.

• **By Month 12: Lead the Evolution**

– Orchestrate AI agents for test scripts, guide AI to mimic human insights, focus on high-value manual testing, and drive the shift to advanced automation.

• Leverage AI daily to enhance efficiency, ship reliable features frequently, and ensure seamless user experiences at scale.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

• 4+ years of manual testing experience in SaaS or product companies.

• Basic SQL and API testing skills (e.g., Postman).

• Proficiency with bug tracking tools like JIRA.

• Currently based in Bangalore with a short and reasonable commute to Koramangala—ready to start within 30 days (no relocations).
