Role & responsibilities

  • Promote and generate secondary sales at electrical shops.
  • Drive sales growth in the allocated territory.
  • Regularly visit counters per day, collect orders, and ensure timely product placement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure brand visibility in the assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and shop owners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Distribution (preferably Electrical Trade).
  • Strong knowledge of local area and electrical counters.
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle field sales independently.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
