Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to implement efficient and scalable solutions that align with our sales processes and objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong development background, extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, translating them into technical specifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud development.
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, reporting, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and other developers to resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and implement enhancements.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, and assess their applicability to our Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve system performance and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud development principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder, are preferred.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
