What You'll Do:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize transaction value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Ensure an exceptional in-store and post-purchase experience
  • Assist in floor planning, visual merchandising, and product placement
  • Track inventory, highlight replenishment needs, and provide actionable sales insights
  • Support business growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven retail sales experience, ideally in home decor or lifestyle brands
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations is a plus
  • Results-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
