Application Specialist

Job Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel- ONSITE ROLE

Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5:30pm IST)

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sourcing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Apply to all available job postings on the major job portals for our consultants that are assigned. E.g. Monster, TechFetch, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linkedin, etc.
  • Strong job board, key-word search, profile ranking and search optimization skills - ensuring that all assigned consultants are relevant and visible to recruiters
  • Ownership in the incoming traction for our consultants from vendors in the market

Desired Qualifications Include:

  • Must have a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) at least
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also take directions from a single manager
  • Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
  • Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
  • Must be very organized and have great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software related to job boards, social media platforms etc.
