Job description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive (Hardware & Networking) to maintain, troubleshoot, and support our IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN networks, and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and network administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Setup and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and ensure network security and uptime.
  • Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and perform regular audits.
  • Install and update antivirus software and ensure data protection.
  • Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and AMC services.
  • Ensure timely updates of operating systems and software patches.
