Role Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage on-premises infrastructure solutions.
  • Configure and maintain network hardware and software components.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement security measures and data protection policies.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures.
  • Execute system updates, patches, and upgrades as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs.
  • Document system configurations and architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Train and support users on system operations and policies.
  • Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Perform regular audits of systems and security measures.
  • Maintain technical documentation for all infrastructure processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network architecture and systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of data security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus (Cisco, AWS, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Available to work in a hybrid setup, including on-site presence.
