Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: 22000/ month to 28000/ month ctc

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Accounts & Export Documentation

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong expertise in export documentation, accounting, and financial processes. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and manage MIS reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export documentation and ensure smooth coordination for shipments.
  • Process payments via NEFT/RTGS and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3 filings.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and record all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports for management review.
  • Use Tally or other accounting software to record transactions and generate reports.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in audits and financial analysis as required.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws and filings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications (CA, CMA, or similar) are a plus.
