
Banquet Associate

The Banquet Associate is responsible for setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events according to hotel standards. This position ensures that guests receive prompt and courteous service and that the banquet area is maintained in a clean and organized manner before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up banquet rooms as per event orders, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service ware.
- Ensure proper placement of buffet tables, decorations, and equipment.
- Serve food and beverages during events in accordance with service standards.
- Clear tables and remove used dishes, glasses, and silverware promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as required during service.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Captain or Manager to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle guests' requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policy.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of banquet supplies and equipment.
- Support other F&B operations when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in banquet service or F&B operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
