About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our tea distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our retail and distributor network, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Identify and onboard new clients and sales outlets in assigned territories.
  • Promote and position Shree Maruti Tea Company products effectively in the market.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and delivery coordination.
  • Execute promotional and branding activities as directed by management.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (tea/beverages preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong market knowledge of local areas (Jharkhand/Bihar/North Bengal preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduate preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
