Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hiring Manager, based in Gurugram with flexibility for partial remote work. The Hiring Manager will oversee the recruitment process, identify and onboard top talents, and ensure the high-quality delivery of services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, training team members, and maintaining communication with leaders to address hiring needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates and teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Service Quality management and commitment to upholding excellent standards
  • Experience in planning and conducting staff Training to build competencies
  • Proven ability to work in hybrid environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
