  • Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with global team and consultants to support SAP S/4HANA implementations and new rollouts.

Serve as a primary liaison between the India team and SAP global teams.

Provide the day-to-day support and issue resolution for SAP users in India offices.

Create and maintain strong documentation for processes, configuration and system updates with version control.

Conduct periodic user training sessions to enhance SAP system proficiency across teams.

Generate and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports to support data driven decisions.

Monitor system performance and coordinate with SAP IT team for any kind of technical issues in SAP.

Work on continuous improvement of the system by identifying the gaps and implement process enhancement

  • Preferred candidate profile

  • We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP S/4HANA support professional to join India team.

  • This role will be responsible to support India operations and serves as a bridge between other international subsidiaries of BEUMER and SAP consultants.

  • Also, this role will be involved in providing ongoing support, participating in system implementation/ upgradation, preparing all types of documentation, delivering training and generate reports to ensure optimal utilization of SAP S4HANA across organization.

  • The role will be responsible for any gap analysis and ensuring streamlined process alignment with all relevant functions.
