  • Oversee daily management of cash i.e. forecast and ensure availability of funds to meet ongoing operational requirements and availability for investments

  • Ensure availability of banking facility lines and limits; review and execute borrowing documents

  • Manage all matters related to issuance of bank guarantees to clients as per project requirements

  • Open, negotiate and manage letters of credit with suppliers in coordination with internal teams

  • Timely and accurate compliance and statutory reporting to banks, RBI, SEBI, FEMA and others

  • Develop and maintain relevant MIS for weekly/monthly reviews

  • Recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes, strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices

  • Develop and maintain documented treasury policies and procedures
