Key Performance Area: -
PMS support Coordinator- Responsible for Liasoning with Backoffice, Product Team & Fund Manager for timely delivery order execution and PMS data Insights.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Internal Business Process: Report Generation & Data Management
• Creating performance analysis and fundamental reports.
• Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams on monthly one-pagers.
• Delivering weekly reports for Fund Managers and providing data to stakeholders.
• Contributing insights and fact sheets for monthly forums.
• Supplying strategy data to the Product team and ensuring timely upload to PMS/AIF portals.
• Maintaining accurate NAV records for reliable reporting.
Process Management : PMS Fund Management & MIS Reporting
• Coordinating with Fund Managers for order placements and execution with dealers.
• Support for Preparing monthly compliance reports and maintaining PMS/AIF records.
• Preparing monthly peer comparison reports for PMS and AIF.
• Support in Providing data insights in weekly meetings for decision-making
Job Requirements:
Key Skills: - Good communication, creativity, adaptability, team player and effective management skills
Essential Skills Necessary: - Well versed with excel,
Power Point, Money ware & Wealth spectrum
Software Experience: - 3+ years of experience in the PMS support
Minimum Qualification: – Graduate degree
