Key responsibilities

  • Creative Vision and Concept: Develop and establish the overall visual tone and concept for projects, translating client needs into a creative strategy.
  • Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the creative team, including photographers, stylists, and assistants, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • On-Set Direction: Guide the creative process during photo shoots, including directing models, overseeing wardrobe and props, and making decisions about lighting, composition, and location.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, copywriters, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure a cohesive vision.
  • Visual Quality Control: Review and approve all visual assets, ensuring they meet creative standards and align with the brand identity.
  • Pre-Production and Planning: Create storyboards, mood boards, and shot lists; oversee location scouting, casting, and prop selection.
  • Post-Production Oversight: Provide direction for post-production, including retouching and final image selection, to ensure the final product aligns with the initial creative vision.
