Location : Noida

Experience : 7yrs+

Working Days : Monday - Saturday (1st Sat is WFH / 3rd Sat is off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative direction across branding, digital, social media, and marketing campaigns for real estate clients.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and video teams to execute high-impact visual campaigns.
  • Translate strategic briefs into visually compelling concepts that align with real estate market nuances.

    Maintain design consistency across all channels while pushing boundaries for innovation.
  • Oversee design from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor creatives in the real estate sector.
  • Guide and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative/art direction, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, digital, and campaign design (Real estate experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
