About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager / Team Leader with proven experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive property sales, and build long-term client relationships while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to drive property sales.
- Oversee end-to-end sales transactions, including client acquisition, negotiations, documentation, and deal closures.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new agents, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and financial institutions to expand networks and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
- Certified Real Estate Broker / Sales Manager License (if applicable).
- Additional training in Leadership, Negotiation, or Property Law is preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
