
Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components market.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate electronic components.
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams on client side to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to stay updated on new product lines and availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
