Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components market.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate electronic components.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams on client side to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to stay updated on new product lines and availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
