About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to manage dealer visits, generate new orders, and expand client relationships for a reputed mattress brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for field sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit existing dealers on a daily route and collect new orders.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and clients in the assigned territory.
  • Promote mattress products and communicate offers, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activity and share market updates with the management.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, order details, and field updates.
  • Achieve monthly targets assigned by the company.
  • Represent the brand professionally across all field interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing / field sales (FMCG, retail, mattress, or related industries preferred).
  • Bike & valid driving licence are mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Ernakulam and manage field routes efficiently.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Must be comfortable with 10 AM – 8:30 PM work schedule.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and target-driven.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
