JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Lead the development of new machining processes and tooling strategies for prototype and production parts.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Oversee the introduction of new equipment, technologies, and automation into the shop floor.
  • Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, CNC programmers, and technicians.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in cycle time, quality, and cost.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, materials, and outsourced processes.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
