About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to plan and coordinate the daily delivery and installation of glass enclosures for our customers. You'll be the person who ensures that the right glass panels reach the right site at the right time, while keeping customers informed and teams aligned.

This role demands critical thinking, route planning skills, and strong communication skills, ideal for someone who enjoys operations planning, coordination, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily delivery routes for carrier vehicles based on customer locations, distance, and priority.
  • Coordinate installation schedules for the following day, aligning with delivery timelines.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery and installation times.
  • Prepare daily dispatch and installation plans and share with factory, logistics, and site teams.
  • Optimize carrier vehicle utilization and suggest additional vehicle hires when needed.
  • Track delivery progress and proactively address any route or scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain records of completed deliveries, pending installations, and route efficiency.
  • Support the reporting manager with reports, metrics, and route improvement suggestions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Engineering graduate preferred (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering ideal).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in operations planning, logistics coordination, or field scheduling.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills can also apply.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and planning ability (Google Maps, Excel).
  • Clear and professional communication with customers.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries and installations efficiently.
  • Language: English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
