About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, camera-friendly female Host /Actor/Anchor to represent our real estate brand in short-form social media content and promotional advertising videos (Instagram & YouTube reels & shorts). The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on camera, delivering scripted lines, and portraying a professional, trustworthy image aligned with our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the On-screen presenter for real estate related social media videos (Instagram & YouTube reels & shorts and advertisements).

  • Deliver scripted content clearly, confidently, and authentically.

  • Participate in both studio and on-location shoots (as required).

  • Take direction from the creative and marketing teams to achieve the desired tone and messaging.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all video appearances.

  • Must be ready for re-shoots, voiceovers when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with strong on-camera presence.

  • Prior experience in acting, presenting, or content creation (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Telugu).

  • Ability to portray a professional, pleasant, and engaging persona.

  • Comfortable working on short timelines and delivering high-quality takes.

  • Availability for periodic video shoots (on-site).

  • A portfolio or sample videos showcasing past work (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of real estate or interest in the industry.

  • Experience with social media content (Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube).
