Job Title: Junior Frontend Developer (ReactJS Specialist)

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated junior frontend developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS to join our dynamic development team. You will be instrumental in building high-quality, responsive user interfaces and working closely with design and backend teams to deliver excellent user experiences. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features and components using ReactJS, following established design and best practices.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising front-end performance and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Utilise state management tools (like Redux, Zustand, or Context API) to manage application state.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional or significant personal project experience in front-end development, specifically with ReactJS.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS core principles, including components, props, state, and hooks.
  • Experience with Git or another modern version control system.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to fetch and display data.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with a state management library like Redux or the Context API.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
  • Experience writing unit tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹160, ₹300,000.00 per year
