Executive- Finance

Key Skills Banking Reports & Statements, ERP /SAP Knowledge, GST/Income Tax Verification

Key Deliverables

  • Responsible for Banking Reports generation and keeping accurate records associated to all daily online payment transactions
  • Downloading for bank reconciliation & Verifying Bank statements
  • Manage Financial Data and regular updating on Navision Accounting Software
  • Responsible for Tracking Insurance due date and follow up for renewals, Insurance claims working, preparing and maintaining relevant information for it
  • Responsible to update payment schedule as per approvals
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements/reports
  • Preparation of monthly reports like Limit Utilization, Bank interest Calculation and Others.
  • Support month end close process and monthly forecasting process
  • Provide assistance for day-to-day other Finance Operations, analyses financial data and create financial models for decision support,
  • Provide assistance in financial audits
  • Collection of data to maintain proper records.
  • Maintaining Data Bank of all financial and other related records
  • Checking bank accounts daily for approved entries
  • Coordinate /provide and maintain documents for stock audits new loan proposals, Bank renewals , Audits , Tenders etc
  • Cross Checking all payments done online everyday of previous day
  • Coordinate with all departments and locations to receive timely and accurate information.
  • Other Miscellaneous work as per requirements

Behavioral & Functional Competencies Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup etc.)
