Your Role

  • 4–15 years of experience with UKG Pro, WFM, and WFD implementations.
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions configuration, including WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).
  • Proficiency in report writing (e.g., Cognos, BI tools).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Your profile

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and WFD modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Design and implement timekeeping rules, pay policies, accruals, and scheduling workflows.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
