Roles And Responsibilities
➔ Strategic Support: Partner with the Founder to understand and support the company's

strategic goals and objectives. Conduct research and analysis, identify opportunities,

and contribute to the development and execution of key initiatives

➔ Businessmindedtechnologist: The candidate should have a good understanding of

both technology and business aspects. This includes knowledge of financial analysis,

budgeting, and the ability to assess the commercial viability of projects and proposals

➔ Assisting the Founders Office and other Leaders: The individual should be skilled in

providing executive-level support, including managing schedules, organising meetings,

handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient workflow within the Founders

Office

➔ All-Rounder, and willing to multi-task: The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded

professional who can adapt to different roles and responsibilities. They should possess

maturity and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

➔ Flexibility and Tech-Savviness: Given the requirement for flexible timings and the need

to operate as an anchor connecting various functions, the candidate should be

comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Being tech-savvy is crucial to navigate

modern tools, platforms, and communication channels effectively

➔ StrongCommunication and Interpersonal Skills: The individual should have excellent

communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to communicate with

stakeholders at all levels effectively, internally and externally, and act as a liaison

between the Founders Office and other departments

➔ Strategic Thinking: The candidate should possess the ability to think strategically and

contribute to the development and execution of the company's goals and objectives

➔ Project Management: The ideal candidate would be able to handle projects end to end,

from viability research to execution, channelising work through the appropriate teams

where necessary
