About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to manage and optimize our corporate divestment portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance, real estate, and investment advisory, with a focus on identifying, structuring, and executing divestment opportunities for corporate clients. This position combines market research, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to deliver optimal returns for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee the corporate divestment portfolio, tracking performance, identifying risks, and optimizing returns.

• Deal Origination: Identify divestment opportunities across sectors, including real estate, non-core business units, and other corporate assets.

• Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support divestment strategies.

• Transaction Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of divestment transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal, finance, and advisory teams.

• Market Research & Advisory: Monitor market trends, sectoral developments, and investor appetite to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior corporate clients, internal teams, and external advisors to ensure smooth execution and strong client relationships.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, transaction pipelines, and market insights for internal and client-facing purposes.

Preferred candidate profile


• 510 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or real estate advisory with exposure to divestments and portfolio management.

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

• Proven track record in managing corporate divestments or strategic asset sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to corporate divestments.
