Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective online and offline marketing strategies to promote our courses, build strong relationships with Universities and Colleges, Startups and Corporates, and establish DataCouch Academy as the go-to place for the best IT training in cutting-edge technologies. The candidate would be responsible for marketing our existing instructor-led courses, industry certification training, and dedicated bootcamps and propose course customization options. This role requires a strong command over digital marketing tools and techniques, work with our training partners, instructors, and guide the technical team to deliver on marketing KPIs.

The candidate must have the ability to close training deals with Universities/Colleges and Startups/Corporates and generate leads both online and offline for the counselling team to be able to form batches for students and professionals. Additionally, the Technical Marketing Manager will be instrumental in closing B2B deals and guiding the counselling team to drive B2C revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our courses and training programs.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media campaigns, to effectively communicate the value of our courses.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for course expansion.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, to attract and engage prospective students and professionals.
  • Identify and build relationships with Universities/Colleges and Startups/Corporates to market our courses and establish partnerships for student enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to propose customization options for courses, ensuring they incorporate AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other relevant technologies.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics and industries.
  • Conduct demo batches and workshops (online and offline) for students and professionals to showcase the value of our courses and generate interest.
  • Generate leads (both B2B and B2C) with an omni-channel perspective
  • Collaborate with the sales team to employ analytics to improve lead generation efforts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the technical training and education sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the college-level education or training industry.
  • Strong command over SEO, SMM, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques and their platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other latest technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with universities/colleges and Startups/Corporates.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
