Role Overview

We are hiring for an International Voice Process where you will handle customer queries over calls, provide timely resolutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound international calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain call records and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Process (International preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (no MTI/RTI).
  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate.

Salary & Benefits

  • ₹30,000 CTC (Based on experience).
  • 5.5 days working, rotational shifts & offs.
  • Cab facilities: Odd-hour cabs for females, ₹180/day allowance for males.
