What you'll do :

  • Lead Sales Growth:
    Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize student enrolments.
  • Drive Lead Conversion:
    Effectively manage inbound/outbound leads, provide expert counselling, and implement systematic follow-ups to achieve high conversion rates.
  • Consult with Students & Parents:
    Offer expert guidance on global study options, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage & Mentor:
    Lead and inspire a team of sales executives to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Optimize Processes:
    Continuously improve sales strategies, streamline follow-up procedures, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Track & Report Performance:
    Monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Location: Bangalore
