Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Events Manager to lead, manage,
and deliver high-impact school and educator events across India. This role is critical in driving
on-ground engagement through flawless planning, strategic alignment, vendor coordination,
lead capture, and ROI tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment,
balances creativity with operational discipline, and ensures every event reflects Britannica
Educations premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Event Planning & Strategy - Build annual and monthly event plans with detailed focus on
branding, structure, flow, and regional adaptation.
Event Execution - Ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution of on-ground events across different cities and zones.
Vendor Management Select and manage vendors to deliver timely, cost-effective, and quality event support (production, logistics, etc.).
Internal Stakeholder Management -Work closely with the sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure events are aligned with business goals.
Lead Capture & Handover - Ensure accurate and timely lead collection, validation, and
transfer to the sales team post-event.
- Event ROI & Reporting - Maintain detailed event reports, analyze ROI, and drive
continuous improvement in execution efficiency and lead quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in event management, preferably in education, edtech, or B2B marketing
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end planning and execution of regional/national events
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in budget tracking, lead capture systems, and reporting tools
- Ability to travel extensively across cities as required
