Business Analyst (Chit Fund Specialist)

Role Summary: You will be the vital bridge between our customers, business goals, and the technology team. With your deep knowledge of the chit fund industry and fluency in Tamil, you will gather requirements, document processes, and ensure the final product perfectly aligns with the needs of our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end-users in the local market.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Document business processes and workflows specific to chit fund operations (e.g., auctioning, prize money disbursement, agent commissions).
  • Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and customers, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that features meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Chit Fund industry, its regulations, and operational processes is mandatory.
  • Language: Must be fluent in both Tamil and English to communicate effectively with local customers and the development team.
  • Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or FinTech sector.
  • Agile: Experience writing user stories and working within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
