Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Application Lead located in Chennai. The Mobile Application Lead will be responsible for leading the mobile app development team, designing and developing mobile applications, and ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user needs, troubleshooting and debugging applications, optimizing code, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Mobile Application Development, iOS/Android Development skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
