Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Meerut. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about products, and scheduling appointments. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the company's sales goals through proactive communication and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to ensure seamless interactions and follow-ups
  • Sales skills, including lead generation and closing, to contribute to achieving business targets
  • Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in using telemarketing or CRM software is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
