Job Title: Code Ninja / Rockstar Developer (SDE Equivalent)

The Role: We need a highly motivated individual to join our elite team of code warriors. You'll be doing... stuff. Software stuff. You'll be building features, fixing bugs (mostly left by the last guy), and attending lots of meetings. You need to be a self-starter who requires zero supervision but also collaborates seamlessly with everyone, all the time. Think ambiguity is fun? Perfect

Responsibilities:

  • Write flawless, bug-free code on demand.
  • Work on our monolithic legacy system AND our brand-new microservices simultaneously.
  • Be available 24/7 for production emergencies (everything is an emergency).
  • Interface directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate their vague desires into technical reality.
  • Wear multiple hats: Dev, QA, DevOps, maybe even some PM work if needed.
  • Innovate constantly, even with minimal resources or direction.
  • Document everything perfectly, but don't spend too much time on it.
  • Hit impossible deadlines.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in software development, specifically in Java or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of: Java, Python, JavaScript (React or ), and SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with recent technologies and trends – must be able to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
  • Active GitHub profile with noteworthy contributions.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must align with company culture and values.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with COBOL or Fortran.
  • Can juggle.
  • Owns a mechanical keyboard with loud switches.
