Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in social media and content creation to drive SkyRoots online presence in the healthy food segment. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on social media trends, creative content shoots, and food-specific storytelling. This is a full-time position based in Pune, suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food, or lifestyle industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Leadership: Build and execute strong social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms with a deep focus on food and lifestyle content.
Content Creation & Shoots: Plan, organize, and execute content shoots (photo/video) for product promotions, reels, and campaign storytelling in line with trending formats.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Identify, adapt, and implement latest social media and digital trends (reels, hashtags, formats, influencers) to maximize brand visibility.
Campaign Management: Run paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for awareness, engagement, and sales growth while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
Brand Storytelling: Create engaging, food-centric content (posts, reels, blogs, influencer tie-ups) that educates and connects with health-conscious consumers.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Excel dashboards; make data-driven improvements.
SEO & Website Updates: Support content uploads, keyword research, and on-page SEO optimization to improve organic visibility. (Prior experience with Shopify website operations will be an added advantage)
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
Community & Influencer Engagement: Manage influencer partnerships and online communities to build trust and consumer loyalty.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance in campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
46 years of experience in digital marketing/social media roles, preferably in FMCG or food category.
Proven expertise in social media management, reels creation, content shoots, and food-focused digital campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
Strong ability to create engaging visual and written content tailored for food/lifestyle audiences.
Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and storytelling ability.
A proactive, trend-driven mindset with passion for healthy food and nutrition-based branding.
