Job Description :Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps.
  • Define and organize information architecture for our digital products.
  • Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize user flows and interface layouts.
  • Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Define and document interaction patterns and UI behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with visual designers to ensure the UI design aligns with UX principles and brand guidelines.
  • Provide feedback and guidance on visual design elements.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback on prototypes and designs.
  • Analyze testing results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Create and maintain UX documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing reports.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to product : Experience :
  • 2-4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design solutions.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with user research methodologies beyond basic usability testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience designing for specific platforms (SaaS, mobile apps, e-commerce).
