Role Overview :

We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong experience who can contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of fundamentals, and be passionate about writing clean and efficient code. You will play a key role in backend development, feature implementation, performance improvements, and API-level integrations.

This position is 100% onsite at our Noida office, and candidates must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop high-quality backend services and APIs using (mandatory skill).

• Build and maintain server-side logic, reusable components, and scalable architecture.

• Write clean and structured TypeScript code following industry standards.

• Design database schemas, implement queries, and manage data storage effectively.

• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB for database integration and optimization.

• Implement authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, API keys, etc.).

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend.

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, SMS/Email services, and other external modules.

• Perform code reviews, participate in sprint discussions, and contribute to technical decisions.

• Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and deliver timely resolutions.

• Improve application performance, response times, and code efficiency.

• Prepare documentation for APIs, services, and backend workflows.

• Stay updated with latest backend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with (1-2 years) - Mandatory.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with ecosystem and modular programming concepts.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.

• Practical experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as :

• MySQL

• PostgreSQL

• MongoDB

• Familiarity with ORM/ODM tools (TypeORM, Prisma, Mongoose).

• Hands-on experience with git, GitHub, branching, pull requests, etc.

• Basic understanding of server hosting, API deployment, and environment variables.

• Knowledge of error handling, logging, and debugging techniques.

Additional Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience working with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Redis, caching techniques, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).

• Understanding of Docker containers and basic DevOps concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to performance optimization techniques.
